La necropoli di Prunittu è un sito archeologico situato nel Barigadu, regione storica della Sardegna centrale, in località Sorrana. Fa parte amministrativamente del comune di Sorradile, provincia di Oristano, da cui dista circa un chilometro.

Il complesso è formato da due agglomerati, distanti un centinaio di metri l'uno dall'altro, e comprende complessivamente 27 domus de janas. La gran parte degli ipogei sono facilmente raggiungibili mentre alcuni, essendo ricavati nella parete verticale di un bancone di roccia trachitica e con l'ingresso posto ad una certa altezza (sino a quattro metri dal piano di campagna), sono accessibili soltanto calandosi dal pianoro sovrastante.

La quasi totalità delle tombe risultano composte da diversi ambienti comunicanti e presentano uno sviluppo planimetrico prevalentemente longitudinale, saltuariamente interessato dalla presenza di vani laterali.

La chiesa di S. Nicola di Nurozo si trova nel sito campestre a sud-ovest dell’abitato, in vista del Lago Omodeo, nel luogo nel quale si trovava il villaggio medioevale di Nurozo.
 

In the locality of Alamoju there is the Assai Oasis Museum, where stuffed mammals and birds are exhibited, including the golden eagle, a xylotheque, a collection of minerals and fossils, and a 'corner' of the forest is reproduced.

The museum is set up inside the Assai Oasis, a splendid natural environment characterized by granites, cork oaks, holm oaks and Mediterranean scrub, as well as a repopulation area for deer and fallow deer. It is annexed to the foresteria of the forestry yard and is housed in a renovated building that was a shelter for shepherds and flocks, when this area was public pasture.

Stuffed specimens of Sardinian fauna and a few other non-Sardinian ones (flamingo, sea turtle) are exhibited in a single environment. A diorama reproduces a corner of the natural territory of the forest, with a beautiful specimen of golden eagle (which nests in the territory of Nughedu Santa Vittoria), the garden dormouse, the buzzard, the fallow deer, wild boars, weasels, the wild cat, the sparrowhawk.

There is a xylotheque, with longitudinal and transverse sections of numerous wood species of the Mediterranean scrub and high forest, and a collection of minerals and fossils of island origin. The exhibited material is classified with common name, scientific name and Sardinian name. Some panels illustrate the various animal and plant species. A charcoal pile and a pastoral pinnetta built according to traditional techniques conclude the visit outside the museum. A specimen of Bosa coral is particularly noteworthy.
