The pathway
Roadbook
Starting from the center of Loceri, take the paved municipal road of Monte Tarè. The road begins in the area alongside the cemetery and after about 2.0 km, it arrives at Sa Funtana de su Scovargiu.
Starting from Sa Funtana de su Scovargiu, continue until you cross path 550A, which leads to the localities of Intramontes. Then, proceed into the territory of Ilbono until you reach the summit of Mount Tarè.
Near Sa Funtana de Su Scovargiu, the path splits, and the trail extending to the east leads to a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the sea, called S’Ollastincu Arrubiu, at 330 meters above sea level.
