The tomb is hidden in the sparse woods, hard to spot because it looks like many of the natural caves that open up in the hillside. To get in, you have to crawl through a small opening. The floor is covered in water and stones, and during the winter months, the inner chamber is often completely submerged. However, the fascinating visit to one of the most beautiful domus de janas in the area rewards the persistent visitor.
The main chamber, carved into the rock in prehistoric times, replicates the roof of an ancient hut, with its central beam ending in a pillar that was left intact during the excavation. On the short side, a small cell opens up, while the long side imitates the hut's walls with a false door motif from which a double horn-shaped design, made in flat low relief, extends.
