Proper use of footwear

scarpe trekking.jpg

When you set off for a trek lasting several days, it's best not to use newly purchased boots. Keep in mind that before setting off, it’s a good idea to break them in for at least 4/5 days so that they adapt to the shape of your foot and have time to soften.

If you have any problems, for instance you develop blisters, cover the affected area with a plaster or gauze.
