How to get here
Having arrived at the Sanctuary of Gonare, from here you can admire a vast panorama that embraces both coasts of Sardinia and a large part of the central and northern regions of the Island. You can watch the sunrise over the Gulf of Orosei and the sunset descend into the waters of the Gulf of Oristano, off the coast of Sinis, while the Gennargentu closes the panorama to the south and the jagged peaks of the Limbara mark the last visible places to the north. A door of the church is always open, allowing entry to those who reach the summit to grant anyone a prayer, after which you return to the cars along the path you took.
