This variant winds along an ancient country road and is entirely unpaved, making it suitable for riding with a Gravel bike. You travel along a part of the Zaccarè road, then continue in a northwest direction on country roads that are sometimes paved, sometimes unpaved, but with very low vehicle traffic. The trail has a high historical and scenic value because it visits the heart of the historic rural landscape of Mandrolisai, flanked by splendid vineyards. The trail ends in the locality of Grughe which, as the place name suggests, is located near an important crossroads where many historical roads connected different inhabited centers of the Mandrolisai.
